Refund policy

This policy covers every order placed at phewsleep.com. The store is operated by Davi Rodrigues Lima, trading as Phew (ABN 14 633 985 608).

The 60-Night Side-Sleeper Trial

Sleep on your mask for 60 nights. If it presses on your ears or your eyes, if it doesn't cover the noise, or you just don't love it, email us and get every cent back. Keep the mask. Nothing to ship back.

Any reason counts. You don't need to explain or prove anything. If you want to tell us what didn't work, we read every note, but it is optional.
The 60 nights start the day your mask arrives, based on the delivery date in your tracking. You can ask for your refund any time up to day 60.
Keep the mask. No return label, no forms, no restocking fee.
Keep your bonuses. The Day-Sleeper Blackout Setup, The Brown-Noise Night Library and, on orders of 2 or more masks, The Two-Schedule Bedroom Plan are yours to keep, refund or not.
Every mask gets its own trial. On The Pair or the Family / Gift 3-Pack, you can refund one mask or all of them. A single mask from a multi-mask order is refunded at the price per mask you paid in that order (for example, $57 for one mask from The Pair, $54.67 for one mask from the 3-Pack).
Full-order refunds include everything. If you refund every mask in the order, we also refund Shipping Protection, if you added it. Shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to hold back.

How to get your refund

Email wearphew@gmail.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and the words "60-night refund".
Our support team confirms within 1 business day.
We issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of confirming. Your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Silent Wake Band

The Silent Wake Band, offered right after checkout, comes with a 30-day refund from the day it arrives. Email us with your order number for a full refund of the band. Keep the band. It ships in its own box from a separate warehouse, so it can arrive a few days apart from your mask.

Digital guides sold on their own

The Day-Sleeper Blackout Setup, The Brown-Noise Night Library and The Two-Schedule Bedroom Plan are also sold on their own as digital downloads. If you buy one separately and it isn't what you hoped for, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The guides included free with a mask are bonuses and have no separate charge to refund.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, it can't be stopped, but you are still covered by the 60-Night Side-Sleeper Trial the moment it arrives.

Defects and battery problems

If the battery or the Bluetooth quits in the first 12 months, you don't need a refund: we ship you a new mask free and the old one stays with you. See our 12-Month Battery & Bluetooth Replacement policy.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

Packages lost in transit are reshipped free on every order. Packages marked delivered but missing, stolen, or arriving damaged are reshipped free on orders with Shipping Protection. See our Shipping Policy for the details.

Fair use

The trial exists so side sleepers can try the mask without risk. It covers one trial refund per mask, per customer. If we see the same person or household ordering and refunding repeatedly, we may decline future orders. We will always tell you before that happens.

Please email us before contacting your bank

Every refund in this policy takes one email and is usually confirmed within 1 business day. Opening a dispute with your bank takes weeks and freezes the order while it is reviewed, so the fastest way to your money is always wearphew@gmail.com.
